美国ALICAT，ALICAT气体质量流量计，

ALICAT气体质量流量计利用两个已研究透彻的气体物理属性：压力和粘性来测量流量。通过层状流量单元的差压测量来计算流量，这种测量方式具有固有的线性。采用差压、绝压和温度传感器来测量并补偿气体的压力、温度，测量标准状态（如1个大气压@25℃）下气体的体积流量。可测量4种参数：质量流量、体积流量、温度和绝压，可选累计流量，并且可以通过动态显示屏同时显示。可选电池使得该款产品方便携带，常用于测试和校准工具。另外提供用户定制满足您特殊需求。
      ALICAT气体体积流量计采用差压传感器来测量当前状态下的体积流量。由于它没有内置绝压和温度传感器，价格会便宜一些，是相对于质量流量计的另一种选择。     ALICAT产品广泛应用于医药、工业、过程控制、实验室、OEM、替换热式质量流量计、泄漏测试。
