RT系列低温台车炉主要用于低铬球、轧辊、球墨铸铁、法兰、汽车零部件等产品回火热处理;铸件退火和时效热处理以及750℃之内的各种机械零件热处理之用。同时也适用于化工、粉末冶金、精密铸造等行业产品烘干、培烧等领域。具有安全性好、节能效果优、温度均匀性好等优点。
结构简介:
低温台车炉外壳由钢板和型钢焊接而成,炉体底部与台车轻轨连为一体,用户不需要基础安装,采用全纤维结构。全自动机械或气缸升位台车,自动密封台车和炉门,低温台车炉加热元件为高电阻电热合金带绕制成波形状或螺旋状发热体。台车上安装有铬锰氮耐热钢炉底板。炉门的升降是通过滚动轮在导轨上上下滚动而实现的,确保关闭炉门时炉门与炉体间的密封,炉门及台车运动由蜗轮蜗杆减速机减速驱动。为提高炉温均匀性,低温台车炉采用多区加热,并在炉顶安装热循环风机,使热空气高速循环,达到温度均匀目的。控制系统通过PID温控仪及中长图自动记录仪或圆图记录仪,对炉温进行自动控制、自动调节和自动记录等。控制精度可达±1℃
